We have been monitoring Yahoo’s performance for a pretty long period and can definitely say that it is one of the best web hostings on our list in terms of uptime. There were only several downtime periods. Compared with many other well-known providers on our list (their charts don’t look so bright), this is saying something.
Pretty much the same can be said about the response time: 350 ms on average. Moreover, it is more or less stable – staying in the range of 350ms – 450ms. Surely, we saw faster average response times in our charts, but not all providers can boast such stability (which is frequently much better than speed.)
The number of websites declines slightly if compared with the summer statistics. It is not clear why as we can vouch for this provider and objectively say that its top position and positive reviews are deserved.
