Web4Africa managed to score only 2.9 HRank in 2018 and became #226 on our list; in 2019 – 2.6 HRank and 212th position. Very close to the bottom line, we are afraid.
Frequent downtimes as bad as 95% and 93% marked the 2018/19 provider’s chart. And the problem so characteristic to many other web hositngs was also present – instability.
Another problem that made Web4Africa lose its HRank points is the slow response time from the domains on Shared IPs. The average was 1,000ms – 1,500ms.
Hence, the decreasing trend in the number of websites in 2018/19. Looks like that despite being #1 in Africa and the best effort, they still need to improve their performance.
