Report for 2018

HRANK# in TOPUptime, %Response, msSites, +(-)Shared IPs, +(-)
4.99999.903483-4586+6
  • Site5.com got, well, 4.9 HRank rating and the 99th position on our list for 2018.
  • The company was hosting a large number of websites, however, its performance seemed not to have been so perfect as we expected. It had four 98% downtime cases from June to December 2018, and though their average uptime was better than, well, average tha one of many providers we review, it failed to compensate for uptime problems.
  • Their response time was average throughout the monitoring period – 400ms – 500ms.
  • For the past 30 days, 5 of Shared IPs were non-responsive for more than 3 days, one for more than 5 hours. It’s a flaw hardly excusable for such a large provider. Though judging by the domains’ chart and regardless of the decrease in domain numbers and Shared IPs, users tended to stay notwithstanding.
