One moment you are impressed by its range of services and website features, the next you cannot help wondering why its reviews are mixed to a significant extent, ranging from utterly poor on some website to wonderful on another one.

However, such a diversity of contrasting reviews, with some people praising it on one page and others blaming it for poor performance elsewhere, calls for doing more research and reading the reviews carefully before buying from the company.

In our experience, this provider performance was bad all time, ResellerClub got 4.3 HRank (the 140th position) on our list in 2018 and 4.0 Hrank (the 187th position) in 2019 listing.
Mostly, the company’s uptime stayed in 99.7-99.9% range, however, there were several downtime cases (up to 98% in December 2018; which influenced the overall rating in 2018).
When we started monitoring in August 2018 its response time was, strictly speaking, not the best. However, for the following months, it evened out and stayed in the 900ms – 1,400ms range mostly. Not the fastest result either (especially the size and the name of the company considered).
By the end of 2019, they also seem to have lost domains for some reason.
ResellerClub is not on our recommendation list.
