Advanced equipment and the huge scale of their operations make them a true power dominating the region. Still, the feedback they received is far from being positive.
While some customers are satisfied with what they get from the French hosting provider, the overwhelming majority of users have something to complain about. It must be noted, though, that in some cases it is difficult to say whose fault it actually was, so not all negative reviews are based on accurate information.

The major reason is that no 100% uptime was detected from June to December 2018; rather, fluctuations in the range of 99-98%. The worst result was 98.004% on 28 March 2019. Taking into consideration the size of the company, this was not the best uptime result.
Response time results were also not the fastest, if compared to some other providers, though, more or less stable (in the range of 1,000ms) in 2018 and in 2019. Only September 2018 periods saw even slower responses.
Despite all this, the company increased the number of domains and Shared IPs that hosted them. And this seems to be the case that, despite the obvious, customers choose this web hosting provider.
