The first thing that impresses you when you start looking at the US-based company’s website in more detail is that they keep on using their Facebook, Twitter and other accounts to notify users about technical issues and share other news. Unlike many other hosting providers, their newsfeed contains relevant information, and the lack of abandoned accounts – a thing many companies fail to avoid – makes it stand out from the pack.

Live chat is available, however, it doesn’t seem to be active. Or it didn’t answer our inquiry at that time (we waited for half an hour as you can see on the screenshot). Anyway, we can’t mark it as working.
Support is otherwise offered 24/7 via live phones, voice mail, and e-mail. Phone support is available to both users from the US (there is a toll-free number) and international customers.
Looks like their customer support leaves much to be desired. Actually, the feedback they received does not match the good impression their website makes: there are several negative reviews posted around 2008, in which poor server reliability and very slow customer support are mentioned. There are five positive reviews from 2015, but they were posted on three consecutive days and look quite suspicious. Other than these, there are no reviews, which is kind of strange.

- 3.1 HRank and #217 in 2018 are the results for Ndchost.com.
- Uptime of the provider was more or less ok in 2018, however, its overall performance was ruined by ~94% and ~92% cases at the beginning of December and ~87% downtime on December 31. Happy New Year, sort of…
- The provider’s response time wasn’t great either, it mostly stayed in the range of 700-800ms and grew slower (1,200ms) by the end of the year.
- 2 Shared IPs stayed but the provider (regardless of slow speed) managed to increase the number of websites. Good.
