There are a live chat and phone support to talk to a real Name.com representative, but you have to stick to their schedule:

Unfortunately, its 2018 HRank rating was not very good, the 106th position in our chart); also 2019 for Name.com was much worse 3.8 HRank and 174th position.
It does seem like Name.com is more a domain registrar than a web hosting as it had several downtime cases since August 2018, one as bad as 95.365% (August 2018), others around 97%, which affected negatively the overall rating.
Even faster than average response time (in the range of 300ms) couldn’t improve the situation.
The company was hosing 340,000 websites on its Shared IPs (as of December 31, 2019), and despite its imperfect performance.
