Lypha™ (official name is Lypha Networks) offers “managed private-label reseller programs and shared/dedicated hosting solutions to many levels of customers … in over 78 countries.”
It is headquartered in Miami, Florida and dates back to 2002. Quite an experienced hosting provider. However, it seems to disregard its website’s design as something unimportant (almost no update since they started).
And looking at their main page (that fails to load properly in some browsers), you cannot help doubting they are still in business, but to our surprise, their live chat is still… well, live. But it is obvious Lypha is not flourishing.
Also, Lypha.com has been unfortunate enough to receive mostly negative reviews.

There is a bit of confusion when you try to choose the plan and pay for it as the main page features the prices of $3.95/mo and $6.95/mo, however, when you click “Purchase Now”, you are transferred to a completely different page with a set of prices that indicates those as the prices for a 24-month subscription.
Yet, they are not the cheapest. A 36-month subscription will cost you $3.95/mo and $5.95/mo, respectively.
And monthly prices are $5.95/mo and $14.95/mo; not much of a bargain, really.

There were a lot of bad uptime cases in 2018/19, the worst day was on 15 October 2019 – 68.188% uptime.
Response time of the provider stayed in the average 500ms – 700ms range, however, one can see that the fluctuations between the lower and higher ceilings of this range were very frequent. Which marks a provider’s performance as unstable.
