  • WordPress services,
  • Domain registration, to name a few.

JustHost also offers free domain names and many add-ons, but by the tendency observed, they are not enough to compensate for the performance flaws in 2018.

Instant Technical Live Support: Yes

Support & Billing departments can be reached by phone.

A live chat is also available, it offers tech support.

As it turns out, JustHost has a terrible press, with former customers or those who cannot flee yet reporting awful customer support, a lot of downtimes and upsells, poor page loading time, prices that look very affordable on the face of it but turn out to be much higher afterward, etc.

Report for 2018

HRANK# in TOPUptime, %Response, msSites, +(-)Shared IPs, +(-)
  • JustHost scored 6.8 with us and appeared on the 69th position of our top 10 list in 2018.
  • As far as we can say, all this negativity did have some ground in 2018. The uptime charts for the monitoring period (from June to December 2018) showed that though the provider never had any serious glitches and never got lower than 99%, its performance was fairly unstable.
  • This fact, as well as not the fastest response time from the Shared IPs (~1,000ms) might be the reasons why the company lost so many domains in August 2018 and was still gradually losing in December.
  • Interestingly enough, the decrease in the number of domains did not lead to the reduction of the Shared IPs and their numbers grew starting from June 2018.
