- The provider’s uptime was characterized by unstable performance, frequent more or less significant downtimes and several cases of 92% and 97% downtimes. Such behavior affected the overall rank negatively.
- Its response time wasn’t great either: between ~600ms and ~1,000ms. At the beginning of the monitoring the domains were slower to response; then the speed increased to ~600ms, and closer to the end of the year it mostly stayed around ~800ms.
- None of the Shared IPs were lost (5), however, the number of domains slightly decreased in 2018.
