Well, we could dispute the statement about server reliability mentioned earlier as our monitoring data presents a far more favorable picture. IPower’s uptime was never lower than 99.493% in 2018, and just 2 big faults 99.092% on 9 May 2019 and 98.737% on 20 December 2019.
Its response time was more or less stable throughout the entire monitoring period (around 800ms).
