Horrible hosting company. Been with them since their beginnings, when Jatek would actually answer my emails personally. Today I asked if they now have a website builder. I was given the run around by Diana, saying they might have it but it isn’t promised. Apparently it depends on whether or not I am a old customer or a new one? Asking if she understood I was asking a simple question that only had a possible yes or no answer she finallyl told me no. WTH? Why so difficult to get a straight answer.
