Hostens.com have several support options: an email and a contact form, including live chat, minus phone number, and a full address, which is a good sign.
When we started monitoring the live chat was active and answered fast, however, at the moment it is inaccessible, thus, there is no tech support live chat. You need to open a ticket for this.
They also have positive reviews online, though, we can’t guarantee their 100% authenticity, as you understand. Yet again, we haven’t come across any outright negative reviews, and it’s saying something.

Hostens.com got 7.0 HRank from us and appeared #66 in 2018; 5.4 HRank with 130th position. We only started monitoring it in November 2018, so we have less data on its account.
In the monitoring period its uptime was lower than 99% (even 93%), the rest of the time it was quite all right.
Its response time chart, however, wasn’t so good. Domains on Shared IPs responded slowly (1,200-1,400ms on average).
Yet, for some reason, users didn’t seem to mind and the provider not just managed to keep its existing domains but also gained new ones in 2018/2019. Strange.
