On the website they promise 24/7 live support.
However, we were unpleasantly surprised by our experience with a live chat.
After submitting an inquiry we waited for 15-20 minutes and got only a blank screen, no answer after several attempts (~2:00 PM GMT). This is a bit discouraging, of course, and definitely lost them some point in the rank.
