GoGVO.com is an MLM program accompanied by hosting services. It is run by Joel Therien, a person widely known for being a fitness buff and an internet marketer.
The company was founded in 1999, so it has been around for a while trying to attract as many customers, preferably internet marketers, as possible.
The company started in Gatineau Quebec, Canada. In 2007 they moved to San Antonio, Texas, and have stayed there since then.

Mostly, bad rank happened due to several downtime cases as bad as 98% (and even 95%) in the monitoring period.
Its response time wasn’t exactly slow in the full sense of the word in context here; however, it was slower than average: 800ms-900ms was the usual range; sometimes even 1,000ms.
