Exabytes.com is one of the few Asian hosting companies that has decent press. According to feedback, their customer support is helpful (except for several cases), and the quality of services is also up to the mark, including uptime.
There are claims that the technical capabilities of Exabytes leave much to be desired, and it is a good option only if you want to run a small business website, but it appears that the company is really worth a try.
One more minor drawback: there is no phone support; still, a live chat is available and tickets are processed 24/7. Or it is supposed to be so, however, we lost our patience waiting.
