Bihira is quite a unique hosting because it is run by only one man. As a matter of fact, it is really quite hard to find any company information since there is none on the website and very little on the Internet. The provider’s Facebook page states Jonathan Hawkins as a founder.

The disadvantages of the hosting, which are reported to be not numerous, stem from this very fact: one person cannot reply to everyone simultaneously should something happen, but it is also the reason why many customers like this provider: the approach to which the hosting owner reportedly sticks is that of care and being upfront. If there is downtime expected, he announces it beforehand and explains the causes of it, and so on. There are not many reviews on the Internet, but those which are there are positive.

Fantastic company to work with. I have been with Bihira for quite some time and absolutely love the personal 1v1 feel I get with Jonathan. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for a response to a ticket and he ensures there is nothing out of place when he provides support. Whether he is answering a simple question or investigating an issue, I never have a doubt that it will be resolved. He is not afraid to get hands-on as needed, unlike a lot of providers.
