So feedbacks differ from “Great!” to “Site lies down for a month, support does not answer either by phone or by email.”

There is a live chat on the website, however, it is unclear how it works. We tried to contact it several times, last time on Monday at 8:00 GMT. We waited for half an hour and there was no response. Either they work by in different time zone, or they just don’t answer as we tried before with the same result.

- The provider’s uptime was in 99-100% range most of the monitoring period, however, there were several cases of 97%, 98% and ~70% uptime that affected the overall rank of the provider negatively.
