It seems that they act on franchise principle and do not fully control the situation, up to the fact that visually identical (with translated texts) avahost.ua and avahost.ru talk about their office in Belize. So feedbacks differ from “Great!” to “Site lies down for a month, support does not answer either by phone or by email.”

There is a live chat on the website, however, it is unclear how it works. We tried to contact it several times, last time on Monday at 8:00 GMT. We waited for half an hour and there was no response. Either they work by in different time zone, or they just don’t answer as we tried before with the same result.
